Disability Notification Form

This application form has been prepared in order to take action in accordance with Article 52(7) of the Electricity Market Consumer Services Regulation. With the application below, electricity interruptions will be postponed for a certain period of time in case of payment delays that may occur in only one residential subscription in their own name of our citizens who have a disability of 40% and above and can document this. In this context, it is not possible to provide a discount to consumers regarding the application to be made.

  • The Turkish ID No. registered in your subscription and the Turkish ID No. in your health report must be the same. Otherwise, your request will not be considered.
