The subscription number assigned to the customer during the contract for the installation where the customer uses energy.
- EIC Code
The energy identification code determined by distribution companies for each consumption point in their distribution regions and also used for registration of the consumption point in the Market Management System.
- Unique Code/Installation No.
It refers to the installation number where the service is carried out by the Distribution Company for each consumption point.
- Consumer Information
It refers to information such as the customer's name, surname, address, Turkish ID No., contact information and the tariff group (residential, commercial, industrial...) in which the consumption is priced when using energy.
- Bill Amount
It is the total amount to be paid by our customer, which is the sum of the electricity consumption and taxes used during the consumption period.
- Last Payment Date
The last date on which the accrued electricity bill amount will be collected without delay.
- Bill Average Consumption
The daily average of the customer's energy consumption for the billing period.
- Reading Date
Start and end date of the period consumption calculated for the relevant bill.
- Single Time
Total first and last index information based on active consumption.
- Daytime (Index)
Consumers whose consumption is measured through meters whose meter time has not been updated according to the continuous daylight saving time;

- Energy Consumption Cost
It is the amount obtained by multiplying the consumption amount based on the bill by the unit price. Tiered Tariff is applied to Residential and Commercial Low Voltage Single Term Single Time subscribers. Consumption up to 8 kWh per day determined by EMRA is calculated at the low tier unit price, and the remaining part above 8 kWh is calculated at the high tier unit price.
- Transformer Loss
The amount based on the transformer loss consumption of transformer customers, which is calculated based on the loss coefficients calculation methodology in the Electricity Market Balancing and Settlement Regulation.
- Reactive Energy Fee
Reactive energy tariff is applied to residential subscribers, lighting subscribers, single phase subscribers, subscribers with connection power up to 9 (nine) kW (inclusive) under the following conditions.
- Additional Consumption Charge
The value of the additional accrual or deduction amount made for any reason in kWh (kilowatt hours) and TL.
- Power Charge
It is the kW unit fee charged monthly over the power specified in the activation contract or contract for users connected to the distribution system who are subject to the bi-term tariff class.
- Power Excess Fee
In case the users connected to the distribution system exceed the power specified in the activation contract or contract for those subject to the bi-term tariff class, it is the kW (kilowatt) unit price charged monthly over the exceeded power amount.
- Total Energy Fee
The sum of the additional accrual or deduction amount charged for any reason and the consumption.
- Security Deposit Fee
In Article 33, subparagraph (1) of the Electricity Market Consumer Services Regulation, it says, “In case of change of place of use and/or termination of the retail sales contract or termination of the contract, the Incumbent Supply Company requests a security deposit fee to offset the debt in case the consumer does not pay the electricity energy consumption fee”. In case of termination or expiration of the contract, the cash security deposit fee is updated using the update rate. Following the update, the updated security deposit fee, if any, is refunded after the payment of all debts owed by the consumer to the incumbent supply company.
- Deactivation and Activation Fee
The fee applied during the activation of the consumer's electricity.
- Previous Rounding
It is the amount that varies between (+) 2.50 TL and (-) 2.50 TL over the bill total from the previous period and transferred to the next period.
- Current Rounding
It is the amount that varies between (+) 2.50 TL and (-) 2.50 TL over the bill total from the previous period included in the current bill and transferred to the next period.
- Old Debt Balance
Current overdue debt amount that has not been paid as of the bill date.
- Taxes and Funds
It is the sum of the fees collected in accordance with the relevant laws and transferred to the relevant public institutions.
- Municipal Consumption Tax (MCT)
Pursuant to the Municipal Revenues Law No. 2464, it is the tax fee charged according to the tariff group calculated on the active energy for the municipality serving within the customer's subscription area.
- Stamp Duty
Type of tax levied under the relevant law.
- VAT
Pursuant to the Value Added Tax Law No. 3065, the amount of tax (Value Added Tax) calculated over the VAT base.
- Bill Amount
It is the total amount to be paid by our customer, which is the sum of the electricity consumption and taxes used during the consumption period.
- Automatic Payment Instruction
The bank in our system as of the bill date, with automatic payment instructions, if any.
- Meter Reading Unit
Code of the personnel reading the meter in the field.
- Multiplier/Demand/Contract Power
Multiplier: The coefficient multiplying the difference between the indices for current transformer and voltage transformer customers.
Demand: Indicates the maximum power (kW) drawn by the customer in the same month.
Contract Power: It is the amount of power that is accepted to be used upon the request of the customer and for which certain provisions have been made in the contract regarding the use or delivery. - Meter Brand/Type/Serial No.
Indicates the information about the customer's meter.
- Current/Voltage Transformer Ratio
Current Transformer Ratio: The conversion ratio of the current transformer used for the meter in the measurement cell.
Voltage Transformer Ratio: Conversion ratio of the voltage transformer used for the meter in the measurement cell. - Period
(Year/Month) Indicates the year and month of the consumption determination.
