How Can I Subscribe?

You can make your subscription applications from our physical service points or you can easily apply through our online channels from wherever you are. To start your subscription, it is sufficient to sign the activation contract and retail sales contract.

Important Reminder:

Before the first subscription application for the newly constructed building / facility, an “activation contract” must be concluded with your electricity distribution company.

Who Can Apply for Subscription?

Business owner(s) included in the signature circular
Authorized or proxy (provided that there is a power of attorney or authorization certificate for electricity subscription)

What are the Information and Documents Required for Subscription Application?

For Workplace/Business (Public/Private Sector and Other) Subscription:

Account or meter number
Identity document (with Turkish ID number)
Tax board (Tax number, tax office, trade name),
Trade registry number and name of the trade registry office,
Signature circular (Company stamp if indicated in the signature circular)

Other Documents that may be required:

If there is a subscription on someone else's name at the address, lease contract or title deed
Power of attorney or authorization document for electricity subscription if the transaction will be made as an authorized or proxy
TCIP number or policy number if the building has a residential subscription

Submission of the industrial registration certificate with the petition

To Benefit from Agricultural Activities Tariff:

It is necessary to submit a 'open land water use permit' from Official Institutions (DSİ / Irrigation Unions) and a document from Provincial / District Directorates of Agriculture stating that it is used for agricultural irrigation purposes.
For milk collection centers, cattle fattening enterprises, cattle dairy enterprises, ovine enterprises, broiler chicken coop, laying hen coop, breeder coop, commercial turkey coop, commercial goose coop, commercial quail coop, commercial duck coop, aquaculture enterprises and hatchery enterprises, a document from the relevant units of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry must be submitted.
For subscriptions to be made on behalf of unions and cooperatives, documents related to the establishment and management of the union.

Meters are installed and transactions are carried out according to the approval opinion of the distribution company for a maximum period of 1 month and can be extended for a maximum of 1 month if necessary.

Electric energy is supplied over the installed power values with or without metering, provided that the tariff price to be applied over the commercial tariffs is calculated according to the actual consumption and the price is collected in advance against receipt.

How Can I Cancel My Subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription through our online channels or face-to-face service points.

Who Can Apply for Cancellation?

Subscription cancellation can be realized with the subscriber's own application.

If you are applying on behalf of the company, you must apply with the signature circular.

If a proxy or an authorized person will perform transactions on behalf of the subscriber, an application can be made with the original notarized power of attorney/authorization document with a wet signature, provided that it contains a statement that the proxy can perform electricity transactions.

What are the Information and Documents Required for Subscription Cancellation Application?

Important Information for Cancellation

If you want to cancel the old subscription in order to make an electricity subscription in your own name in a place where electricity is currently open in someone else's name, it is sufficient to apply for a new subscription in your own name with the necessary information and documents. When your transactions are completed, the old electricity subscription is automatically canceled.

The electricity subscription in the name of a deceased person can be canceled by the relevant heirs specified in the declaration of inheritance. The cancellation of the subscription in the name of the deceased and the return of the security deposit fee for that subscription can be made by all of the heirs or by the person representing by proxy in this regard.

Within the scope of the Electricity Market Consumer Services Regulation, in the event of a change of place of use and/or expiration of the retail sales contract or termination of the contract, the incumbent supply company requests a security deposit fee to be offset against the debt in case the consumer does not pay the electricity consumption fee. How is it calculated? The security deposit fee is calculated based on the unit price per kW determined per consumer groups, taking into account the power of the facility or place of use. After the termination of the contract, the remaining amount is deducted from the existing debt, if any, and the remaining amount is repaid to the consumer together with legal interest.
