Tariff Information

This tariff calculates your electricity consumption at the same unit price for every hour of the day.

This tariff applies different unit energy prices according to time periods during the day.

For the application of multi-tariff rates, for consumers with meters not updated according to the “continuous daylight saving time application,” the following periods are applied from the last Sunday in October to the last Sunday in March:

• Daytime period: 07:00-18:00
• Peak period: 18:00-23:00
• Night period: 23:00-07:00

Between the last Sunday in March and the last Sunday in October, the following periods are applied:

• Daytime period: 06:00-17:00
• Peak period: 17:00-22:00
• Night period: 22:00-06:00

For consumers with meters updated according to the “continuous daylight saving time application,” the following periods are applied throughout the year:

• Daytime period: 06:00-17:00
• Peak period: 17:00-22:00
• Night period: 22:00-06:00

However, to ensure the efficient use of transmission and distribution networks, different multi-tariff rates may be applied to consumers, consumer groups, consumption levels, or connection types with appropriate meter infrastructure upon approval by the Board. In cases of applying different multi-tariff rates, consumers with meters not suitable for multi-tariff measurement will be billed at the single-tariff rate.

To benefit from this tariff, you need to apply to the nearest service point with a document showing that you are a relative of a martyr or receiving a veteran pension. The Martyr-Veteran Tariff is valid only for the residence where you live and for a single installation.

According to the Energy Market Regulatory Authority’s decision No. 10707 dated 31.12.2021, this tariff applies to Residential Low Voltage Single-Term Single-Tariff subscriber group consumers starting from 01.01.2022.

Consumption up to an average of 8 kWh per day is billed at the Low Tier rate, and consumption above this limit is billed at the High Tier rate.

When the daily 8 kWh limit is exceeded, not all consumption is billed at the high tier; only the amount exceeding the limit is billed at the high tier.

The Green Tariff (YETA) is a system developed to enable consumers who request it to support renewable energy sources (solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, biomass) through designated tariffs. Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural Irrigation, and Lighting tariff subscribers and users of the electricity transmission system can switch to the Green Tariff by applying to the designated supplier company.

Active energy prices are determined as standard for all subscriber groups according to the Green Tariff table published by the EPDK. These prices are added to the existing prices in your current tariff to generate your bill.

You can request a tariff change by applying to our Customer Service Centers. Tariff change requests cannot be made more than 2 (two) times within a calendar year. To benefit from a multi-tariff rate, you must have an electronic meter.

The tariff change will be implemented in the first billing period following the index readings at the end of the period in which the written request is found to be appropriate.
